Former GM/Ford Executive Brings Next-Gen Electric Airplane To Market

Electric mobility pioneer Dan Grossman has been confirmed as the President of Pyka, who reportedly makes the first and only commercially certified 100% electric autonomous plane working in precision agriculture. Following this announcement was the reveal for plans of a passenger and cargo electric plane. The company has been developing the plane for the past four and a half years, based on their technology advancements in autonomous crop spraying.

Flair Pilots Will Now Begin The Process Of Setting Up Their Internal Organization

The Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) certified the Air Line Pilots Association, Int’l (ALPA) as the collective bargaining representative for pilots at Flair Airlines. With 86 percent of eligible pilots participating in the representation election, 97 percent voted in favour of joining the world’s largest pilot union on July 20. “We’re pleased to welcome Flair pilots into our union and look forward to further advancing the aviation profession together,” said ALPA president Capt. Joe DePete.
