Aerox to Acquire 02 Corporation

Oxygen Lineup of Nebulizers, Masks, Switches, and Valves to Join Aerox Brand

Aerox made the most of their time at the Sun n' Fun Innovation Preview to announce their intent to acquire the Therapeutic and Supplemental Aviation Oxygen product lines of O2 Corporation. The companies signed a letter of intent to complete the acquisition in May of 2023, building up the Aerox lineup of aviation oxygen equipment with the lineup of O2 Corporation's nebulizer and mask kits, in addition to their oxygen switches, valves, and aircraft accessories. Eventually, the companies will undergo a joint rebranding to reflect their resulting identity.

Daher's series of announcements at Sun 'n Fun 2023 have continued, with even more attention paid to previous iterations of the Kodiak 100. Early on, the company announced a 5-bladed, quieter propeller retrofit for Series 1, 2, and 3 of the Kodiak 100. Blue Line Aviation Places Major Piper Aircraft Order

NC Flight School to Acquire up to 115 Archers and Seminoles

Piper Aircraft, the storied American aircraft manufacturer, proudly announced that Blue Line Aviation, the popular, Smithfield, North Carolina-based flight school, has signed a purchase agreement for a large fleet of new Piper aircraft. The long-term agreement includes full replacement of the school’s extant single-and multi-engine fleets with Piper’s reliable, robust, and eminently proven Archer TX single-engine and Seminole twin-engine aircraft. The order comprises an initial firm commitment for 55 aircraft with options for an additional sixty planes. Deliveries of Blue Line’s new aircraft are slated to begin in the second half of 2023.

Airbus has delivered the first A321neo aircraft assembled at its Final Assembly Line Asia (FAL Tianjin) to Chinese air-carrier Juneyao Air. ANN's Daily Aero-Term (03.30.23): Middle Marker

Middle Marker A marker beacon that defines a point along the glideslope of an ILS normally located at or near the point of decision height (ILS Category I).
