Slovenian Operator Adds Second Special-Purpose Aircraft with Reigl LIDAR Suite

Flycom Technologies welcomed their second DA42 MPP late last year, doubling down on their last Austrian acquisition for a fleet of 2 of the premium piston twins. The Slovenian outfit offers a wide range of airborne remote sensing services, from the usual wide-area mapping jobs to niche infrastructure tasks like corridor inspections. The second DA42 added to the fleet added to the previous unit's photogrammetry payload with a bevy of Riegl LIDAR sensor compatibility, allowing Flycom to outfit it for a wider variety of missions than their previous aircraft.
