ESGR Recognizes Sandia Aerospace

Presented With The New Mexico Patriotic Employer Award

Sandia Aerospace was honored with the New Mexico Patriotic Employer award at the recent ESGR (Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve) luncheon and awards ceremony in Albuquerque, NM.

The Award goes to companies that support American veterans in the National Guard and Reserve who have honorably served their country.

Through the ESGR and the support of private industry, the unemployment rate for New Mexico National Guard and Reserve units has decreased from a high of 22% in 2012 to its current level of just over 3% in 2015.

“Sandia Aerospace stands proud in support of our country's veterans," said Sandia Aerospace president Dennis Schmidt. "They are well trained and disciplined and make terrific employees."

SANDIA Aerospace was founded in 1997 by a group of avionics professionals to provide high quality avionics products to General, Corporate and Regional airline markets.

In addition, SANDIA Aerospace provides product development, product design and product manufacturing for other aerospace companies. The company is committed to a robust future of supplying all segments of the aviation industry with superior avionics products. SANDIA Aerospace pledges to offer our customers the highest quality products and back them with personal and timely product support.
