King Schools Celebrates AirVenture With a Mega Discount

Iconic Ground School Courses Marked 25 Percent Off Through July 31st

Ground school icons John and Martha King are celebrating their annual trip to the world’s greatest airshow in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, with a 25 percent discount to all of their prep courses. The coupon code, ANN, is valid through the end of July.

The discounted prices include checkride prep courses for $105 (down from $139), full ground school and test prep for $225 (normally $299), and bundle packages like the Written & Checkride Combo at $352. Their all-inclusive “Get-It-All” kit has been reduced to $510, and even the Part 107 drone course gets a cut, now offered at $97.

Founded in 1974, King Schools has become one of the most recognizable names in aviation education. What began as John and Martha King teaching ground school in classrooms across the country has grown into a major online training operation. Their 18,000-square-foot facility in San Diego now supports more than 65 employees and has produced millions of hours of instructional content. By now, their name is pretty much legendary, with more than half of US pilots having taken advantage of King materials at some point in their flying careers.

The courses are known for their accessible and straightforward style, with a focus on clarity, repetition, and practical understanding. They are designed to help pilots of all levels, from private to commercial and even drone operators, prepare for FAA knowledge exams with a guarantee of passing.

While Oshkosh attendees browse rows of aircraft and attend forums in person, those at home can still take advantage of the annual sale. Whether you’re just starting out or working toward your next certificate, the discount is a good excuse to finally get the ground school out of the way (as much as all pilots love to stall when it comes to writtens).

As we all know by now, the EAA’s Oshkosh AirVenture event runs from July 21 to 27 at Wittman Regional Airport (OSH)... but King Schools’ 25% discount will be available through the end of the month with code ANN.
