Modification Program Adds Glass Capabilities To Stalwart

Boeing disclosed this week it successfully completed the first
test flight of the US Air Force's third C-130 Avionics
Modernization Program (AMP) aircraft on January 17, three weeks
ahead of schedule. The flight marked another milestone for the most
comprehensive C-130 avionics modification ever conducted.
This week, Major Joseph T. "O.D." Bachmann became the first US
Marine Corps pilot to fly the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II,
logging the flight-test program's 90th mission. He is the fifth
pilot to fly the stealthy, multi-role fighter.
An Ecuadorian military aircraft impacted two buildings in the
capital city of Quito Thursday afternoon, claiming the three people
onboard the plane and at least three people on the ground.
First Block 52 Advanced F-16 Delivered To Hellenic Air
Force
Ceremonies were held Thursday at Lockheed Martin's headquarters
in Fort Worth, TX to commemorate the F-16 Peace Xenia IV program
for Greece, and delivery of the first Block 52 Advanced F-16s under
the agreement.
