At the U.S. Sport Aviation Expo 2016, there was more than just talk about the bad weather and good airplanes. Also being displayed at the Expo were engine choices for experimental aircraft. One of these engines, called the Viking, led ANN CEO and Editor-In-Chief, Jim Campbell, to stop by their display to see what was new. The Viking 130 aircraft engine is based on a Honda automotive engine, and has been a popular conversion engine for experimental aircraft for a number of years.

Blue Origin founder, Jeff Bezos, says he expects to conduct his first manned test flights as early as next year, and carrying passengers as early as 2018.
