Five Company Pilots Stationed In Hong Kong Assist Gulfstream Operators Throughout Asia-Pacific Region

Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. has established a satellite flight department in Hong Kong to support Gulfstream operators in Asia. The office is staffed by five pilots: three large-cabin demonstration pilots, one mid-cabin demonstration pilot and a chief pilot type-rated in both large- and mid-cabin aircraft.

CAAC Approval Received In September, Government Certification Pending

NetJets China has established its operational headquarters in the Zhuhai Aviation Industrial Park. Subject to obtaining relevant regulatory approvals, NetJets China Business Aviation Limited will manage all flight and maintenance operations from the new Zhuhai facility. The company received CAAC project approval in September and continues to work towards CAAC certification.

Jury Finds 'Defect' in Eurocopter AS350B3 Flight Control System

Here we go again... despite specific NTSB findings to the contrary, a TX jury has decided that a 'defective flight control component caused the fatal crash of a U.S. Custom and Border Protection (CBP) Eurocopter AS350B3 helicopter (see file photo) on May 22, 2007.'
