Blacklight Boogie Is A Skydiving Event For Charity

Kicks Off November 18 In Sebastian, FL

The Just Care More Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to "making kids awesome again," will present the Blacklight Boogie at Skydive Sebastian in Florida in November. Just Care More has invited champion skydivers from all over the globe to join in spectacular jumps from 3 running planes and a helicopter. Local foster kids and their foster families are being brought to enjoy the daytime festivities. By night Blacklight Boogie will turn into the most outrageous Drop Zone party on the planet. The 100% non-profit event will support feeding homeless and needy veterans on Thanksgiving Day in the region. The announcement was made by Just Care More Founder and CEO Jamie Leibert.

On the ground on Saturday afternoon during the Blacklight Boogie, there will be a massive water balloon fight between the children and skydivers. In the air, skydivers will present a demonstration skydive with a 1100 square foot American flag, and the one-of-a-kind Teddy Bear Jump in which skydivers will jump with teddy bears and present them to the visiting kids. The media is invited to cover these events.

The there is something that sets the Blacklight Boogie from all other boogies: The night festivities sponsored by Aerodyne Research, which recently announced Jamie Leibert will be Aerodyne's new Brand Ambassador. The explosive party will include inflatables, massive UV-reactive color throws, free beer and food, entertainers and go-go dancers, dozens of industrial strength blacklights, live DJ's including headliner Captain Manicorn, UV face painting, a huge cuddle-puddle tent, and a 80-foot stage.

"We have one goal: To raise money throwing the most legendary boogie known to mankind," said Just Care More founder and CEO Jamie Leibert. "One hundred percent of the proceeds will go to local communities. We plan on working with local group homes and foster homes as well as funding meals to local homeless veterans on Thanksgiving Day."

Jamie has been a rock climber, MMA fighter, skateboarder, DJ and provocateur, but he has embraced skydiving and wingsuit jumping as his main focus in the last few years. After literally hundreds of jumps, he fulfilled a life dream of participating in the Extreme Games in Voss, Norway in June 2016 and won a third place medal (for BASE jumping), the only non-Norwegian to place this year. His story was picked up by BBC Sportshour and he has been covered this year by Fox News, Good Day Chicago, the Arizona Republic, and Sports Radio on CBS. Jamie is currently incorporating his experiences and advice into a memoir.
