AirShares Elite Welcomes Ohio Flyers in National Network

"We are extremely excited about our opportunity to add our newest operation, based in Ohio, to our growing list of expansion markets" says CEO, David Lee.

"We've had a strong list of inquiries from the entire Ohio Valley area from Cleveland and Columbus, down to Cincinnati." Lee continues, "The importance of Columbus in particular as a regional business center makes it ideal for our first Ohio expansion site."

The first fully-equipped Cirrus SR22 GTS is already on the ground and based at Port Columbus International Airport.

"Expanding into Ohio will be far easier than other markets because we've merged AirShares Elite with an already successful company in Columbus - Affordable Aircraft Ownership," says Mac Little, VP of Operations at AirShares. "Mike Baehr at AAO has created an amazing business already, and by combining his local foundation with AirShares' national experience, AirShares Ohio will have the best of both - local and national strength."

"AirShares pilots can now add Cincinnati, Columbus and Cleveland to their rapidly growing list of metropolitan areas we service. From Chicago to Boston, Washington D.C to Birmingham, New York to Atlanta, or Philadelphia to Ft. Lauderdale and Tampa, we have the industry's best flexibility when it comes to personal air travel," Little adds.

According to Mike Baehr, owner of AirShares Ohio, "the marriage is a great fit. It allows me to concentrate on customer service, business development and regional growth, while tapping into the support systems and strength of AirShares' national aircraft network - a huge benefit to our Ohio customers."
