PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE TO GAS WELL BLOW OUT/FIRE ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF BOSSIER PARRISH SHERIFF OFFICE ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 322400N/0932900W AND THE SHREVEPORT /EMG/ VORTAC 084 DEGREE RADIAL AT 6 NAUTICAL MILES. BOSSIER SHERIFF OFFICE, TELEPHONE 318-965-2203, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. THE DERIDDER AFSS /DRI/, TELEPHONE 337-460-2510, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
