VoiceFlight App Transfers iPad Flight Plans To GNS430W/530W

'Connected Talker' Can Be Downloaded At The App Store

VoiceFlight Systems announced today that it has released a free "Connected Talker" iPad App that allows pilots to quickly transfer flight plans from their iPad into VoiceFlight enabled Garmin 430W or 530W GPS units.

J. Scott Merritt, President and Founder of VoiceFlight said: "The Connected Talker App can transfer an entire flight plan in seconds by generating synthetic speech that exploits the exceptional speed and accuracy of the VFS101 speech recognition system".

The Connected Talker App is available now and can be downloaded from the Apple Store at no charge.  A custom audio cable (available from VoiceFlight for $25) transfers the synthetic speech to the Pilot Microphone jack where it is recognized by the VFS101 system.  VoiceFlight's field proven crossfill interface is used to transfer the flight plan to the GPS unit.
