The National Air Transportation Association announced the selection of its new leadership team and the election of two new members for its Board of Directors after its Annual Meeting, held along with the Association’s Day on the Hill in Washington, D.C. on May 21, 2025.

Cristine Kirk, CEO of Malone AirCharter, based in Jacksonville, Florida, was selected for a two-year term as Chair of NATA’s Board of Directors. She provides strong leadership experience as well as a solid commitment to further the interests of Part 135 operators and aviation businesses across the U.S.

Geoff Heck, President and COO of Aero Centers, with a nationwide network of FBOs and a provider of additional aviation services, was named to serve as Vice Chair.

Todd Anderson, COO of Sheltair Aviation, continues as Immediate Past Chair on NATA’s Executive Committee.

Renewing for additional 3-year terms are Chris Rozansky, Executive Director of Naples Airport Authority in Florida, and Allen McReynolds, President and Chief Operating Officer of West Star Aviation headquartered in Illinois.

The terms of NATA Board members Megan Wolf of Flexjet, Kathryn Purwin of Helinet Aviation, and Past Board Chair Clive Lowe of Atlantic Aviation have concluded.

Curt Castagna, President and CEO of NATA said, “NATA extends its sincere gratitude to Clive Lowe of Atlantic Aviation for his leadership and service as Chair of the NATA Board of Directors.
