FDC 4/9917 ZJX FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS GULF OF MEXICO COASTLINE. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO TITLE 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA DEFINED BY THE FOLLOWING FIXES: FROM THE BROOKLEY /BFM/ VORTAC 184 DEGREE RADIAL AT 26 NAUTICAL MILES, 301100N/0880800W TO THE BROOKLEY /BFM/ VORTAC 204 RADIAL AT 12 NAUTICAL MILES, 302600N/0881000W, TO THE PANAMA CITY /PFN/ VORTAC 320 DEGREE RADIAL AT 26 NAUTICAL MILES, 303300N/0860000W, TO THE PANAMA /PFN/ VORTAC 298 DEGREE RADIAL AT 19 NAUTICAL MILES, 302200N/0860000W, AT AND BELOW 3500 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR HURRICANE IVAN DISASTER RELIEF ACTIVITIES. BETWEEN 1200-2359 UTC DLY, THE AVIATION CENTRAL UNIT FOR HURRICANE IVAN AT 850-523-8616 OR 8615, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. BETWEEN 2359-1200 DLY UTC, PLEASE CALL ANNISTON /ANB/ AFSS. DISASTER RELIEF AIRCRAFT ARE ADVISED TO UTILIZE 122.925 FOR THE ENTRY AND COORDINATION. IF FEMA COMMAND AND CONTROL AIRCRAFT IS NOT AIRBORNE MONITOR 122.925. ANNISTON /ANB/ AFSS, PHONE 256-832-2120, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
