I am delighted to join the board and work with the Bye Aerospace leadership team to achieve success for our customers and our shareholders.”

Bye also announced that Jack J. Pelton, former Chairman, President and CEO of Cessna Aircraft Company, was named Vice Chairman of the Board of Bye Aerospace. “We are working diligently to strengthen all aspects of the Company, and increased Board activity warrants the designation of a Vice Chairman,” Bye said. “We welcome Jack to this important position.”
