Source: Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, speaking on ABC's This Week about the downing of a US CH-47 Chinook near the Iraqi town of Fallujah on Sunday. At least 15 American soldiers were killed and 21 were wounded in the shoot-down, which was apparently carried out by an Iraqi guerrilla firing a shoulder-launched missile.
