Frontier Airlines Moves To Houston’s Hobby Airport Nov. 18

Final From Bush Intercontinental Airport Departed Wednesday

Frontier Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of Republic Airways Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: RJET), will be moving its Houston operations from George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) to William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) beginning with flight #146, arriving in Houston from Denver at 1504 CST on Nov. 18, 2010. The last flight out of Bush Intercontinental Airport will be flight #1111, departing at 1905 local time on Nov. 17, 2010.

Passengers who are booked on Frontier flights to/from Houston Intercontinental on/after Nov. 18 have been automatically rebooked on flights to/from Hobby. Frontier began operations at Hobby with three daily nonstop flights to Denver on Thursday.

Frontier Airlines is a wholly owned subsidiary of Republic Airways Holdings, Inc., an airline holding company that owns Chautauqua Airlines, Lynx Aviation, Republic Airlines and Shuttle America. Currently in its 17th year of operations, Frontier employs more than 5,500 people. On April 13, 2010, Republic Airways announced that its two branded carriers, Frontier and Midwest, would combine under the Frontier Airlines name. The integration of these two airlines is expected to take 12-18 months.
