EFFECTIVE 0708110130 UTC UNTIL 0708110900 UTC.AIRBORNE LASER ACTIVITIES WILL BE CONDUCTED IN THE SEA RANGE OFFTHE CALIFORNIA COAST WITHIN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: W283, W285A, W532, W537, W289, W60, W61.THIS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH CARF NOTAMS ISSUED FORSALMON LIGHT LOW (FL270-UNL) AND SALMON LIGHT HIGH (FL350-UNL). THELASER BEAM MAY BE INJURIOUS TO PILOTS/AIRCREWS AND PASSENGERS EYESWITHIN SALMON LIGHT LOW AND SALMON LIGHT HIGH AT AND ABOVE FL450AND WITHIN THE ABOVE WARNING AREAS. THE DOMESTIC EVENTSNETWORK /DEN/ 202-493-5107, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
