Aerotec Spain Select Tecnam To Fulfill Its Future Training Fleet Needs

First Airplane, A P2006T Twin, Will Be Delivered In July

Tecnam has announced that ‘Aerotec Pilot School’, Spain’s oldest Authorized Training Organisation (ATO) has selected a range of Tecnam training aircraft to totally upgrade its flight training offering.

The purchase agreement was signed during Friedrichshafen AERO 2019 and will consist in a long-term fleet renovation program.

The first Tecnam airplane, a P2006T Twin, will be delivered to the Madrid based ATO in July, enabling Aerotec to provide complex multiengine training to pilot cadets.

The choice of a Tecnam fleet solution came after an extensive and thorough evaluation by Aerotec Spain and will ensure that they build on their reputation for both the highest training standards of quality and academic excellence.

The first of its new Tecnam fleet, the P2006T Twin, is firmly established as the world’s most reputable twin engine training aircraft. With fully retractable landing gear for complex Flight Training, enabling students to complete MEP training in a faster and more efficient manner.

With a range of 669 nautical miles, a cruising speed of 150 kts and equipped with GARMIN 1000 Nxi this aircraft is the state-of-art of multi engine training.

“We are very proud to be a partner in AEROTEC’s future and delighted that Tecnam will be a key part of it delivering exceptional flight training standards,” said Walter Da Costa, Tecnam Global Sales and Marketing Director.
