PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONSARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 334750N/1174350W OR THE EL TORO /ELB/ VOR/DME 346 DEGREE RADIAL AT 7.2 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 334750N/1173000W OR THE PARADISE /PDZ/ VORTAC 153 DEGREE RADIAL AT 7.4 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 334034N/1173000W OR THE EL TORO /ELB/ VOR/DME 76 DEGREE RADIAL AT 11.5 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 334034N/1174350W OR THE EL TORO /ELB/ VOR/DME 66 DEGREE RADIAL AT 0.0 NAUTICAL MILES BACK TO THE ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 9000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING.
