LOS PADRES NATL FOREST, 805-961-5727/122.575, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. HAWTHORNE /HHR/ AFSS, 310-970-1341, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
