TBMOPA Convention Underscores Commitment To Safety

11 Daher Team Members Supported Safety, Customer Service In Savannah

Daher Aircraft reinforced its long-term focus on excellent customer service and safe flight initiatives for the global TBM fleet at the 2025 Annual Convention of the TBM Owners and Pilots Association. The company attended in force with 11 team members including executives, the Daher Care support team, and sales and communications personnel.

During the three-day convention, Daher discussed its new Safe Horizons program along with other initiatives. Safe Horizons is aimed at maximizing the safety culture within the TBM owner/operator community through resources that include its E-Learning program and the Me & My TBM cloud-based application.

The Daher Care support team held a roundtable discussion that highlighted its foundations for customer service that include responsiveness, maximizing resources, fostering collaboration within the Authorized Service Center network, strengthening supply chain relationships, cloase collaboration with owners/operators, and a strategy of continual improvement.

The roundtable also showcased Daher’s increasing use of telemetry data to perform remote processing and resolution of technical issues. Input from aircraft equipped with a data collection and transmission unit is sent via the Crew Alerting System to the Daher Care team, who apply a troubleshooting flow chart and a data analysis tool to recommend a solution that is sent back to the owner/operator as well as the Network Service Centers.

The owners and operators group gave Daher a series of top ratings in product support surveys throughout the year.

Nicolas Chabbert, CEO of Daher Aircraft said, “This recognition was evident during the TBMOPA Annual Convention, where owners and operators clearly expressed their satisfaction with our focus on customer service, and encouraged us to continue the efforts that will keep us no. 1 in the industry. We are firmly committed to applying the innovation and expertise that benefits from the excellence across all of the Daher Aircraft teams.”
