Bombardier Doubles Regional Support Locations For BizAv Customers

Three More Business Aircraft RSO Locations Now Operational In Singapore; São Paolo, Brazil; And Sydney, Australia

New business aircraft Regional Support Offices (RSOs) have been opened in Singapore and São Paulo, Brazil by Bombardier. The company has also expanded capabilities at its Sydney, Australia, commercial aircraft RSO to include business aircraft. The new offices are now operational and serving the growing number of Bombardier business aircraft customers in the Asia-Pacific and Latin America regions.

"Asia-Pacific and Latin America are critically important regions for Bombardier. These RSOs bring together the experience and expertise of our product support specialists right in our customers' backyards," said Andy Nureddin, Vice President, Customer Services and Support, Bombardier Business Aircraft. "These timely additions to our overall network mean our customers can further count on local support to resolve issues, manage risks closely and strengthen the overall relationship with our company and our products."

The new RSOs are service hubs staffed by a combination of Field Service Representatives (FSRs), Customer Service Account Managers (CSAMs), Customer Liaison Pilots and an RSO Manager.

The network's expansion is part of the company's accelerated drive to be closer to customers, improve response time and build stronger relationships around the globe. Since 2007, RSOs were opened supporting commercial aircraft in Tokyo, Japan; Sydney, Australia; Shanghai, China and Munich, Germany. Recently, Bombardier opened RSOs for business aircraft in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Hong Kong, China as well as a first RSO serving both business and commercial aircraft customers in Mumbai, India.
