PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE TO AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF DOD, COL BEVERLY WRIGHT, ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 2000 FEET AGL 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS 342029N/0984806W AND THE WICHITA FALLS /SPS/ VORTAC 325 DEGREE RADIAL AT 24 NAUTICAL MILES. DOD, SHEPPARD AFB, 940-676-7108 OR 940-676-1859 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. MCALESTER /MLC/ AFSS 918-421-6020, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
