Offered In Conjunction With Abaris Training Resources
FlightSafety is expanding its maintenance training program to include new composite materials courses. The training will be offered in conjunction with Abaris Training Resources, Inc. through FlightSafety’s Maintenance Learning Center in Wichita, KS.
“Our Customers will benefit from the new composite material courses we are offering with Abaris,” said Daniel MacLellan, Senior Vice President, Operations. “The courses include expanded composite inspection and repair capabilities not previously available at our Learning Centers. These new and innovative classes are available to FlightSafety’s maintenance Event Based Agreement Customers.”

The 5-day courses offered include Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 Advanced Composite Structures: Fabrication and Damage Repair; Adhesive Bonding of Composites and Metals; Mold Fabrication for Production and Repairs; Non Destructive Inspection Techniques for Technicians and Inspectors; and Repair of Bonded Aluminum Structures.
Abaris has been providing state-of-the-art composite repair training since 1983. Abaris is recognized internationally as the leader in advanced composite repair training for both aircraft maintenance technicians and aerospace engineers.
