Field Aviation Appoints Christophe Chollet Director Of Sales

Worked On Bombardier's Global Express, Q-Series Programs

Field Aviation, of Toronto and Calgary, has named Christophe Chollet to the position of director of sales, effective November 25. Chollet will be based in Toronto and will further Field Aviation's position as a leader in aviation services to commercial, military and government communities worldwide. He will report to David Jensen, Field Aviation's vice-president, business development.

Chollet joins Field Aviation with over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry. Prior to this appointment, he operated out of Canada, the United States and Europe, most recently holding the senior position of sales and marketing director at Hutchinson Aerospace, where he was successful in developing the North American market for two divisions of the group.

His experience also includes senior positions at Bombardier Aerospace, where he led engineering and design integration of Bombardier's Global Express aircraft. Chollet also assisted in the development of Bombardier's Q-Series aircraft programs.

"We are pleased to have someone with Mr. Chollet's knowledge and in depth understanding of aviation and customer needs at the forefront of our sales initiatives," said Jensen. "Chollet brings a wealth of experience to Field Aviation in both the technical and commercial facets of the aviation production and sales industry."

Chollet will oversee all direct sales activities, including managing sales personnel, budget and agenda, as well as coordinating global strategic sales initiatives. 

Field Aviation converts heavy turboprop and turbofan aircraft for special mission applications, and focuses on end-to-end solutions for governmental, defense and specialized air support operators.
