Who's Who at Aero News: Nathan Cremisino

Introducing More Of The ANN Staff, Stringers, Videographers... The People Who Make It All Work: Meet Our Video/Editorial Rock...

Anyone who's ever been to events like Oshkosh, AEA, and Sun 'n Fun know that there are hundreds of events and activities as well as tens of thousands of people that descend (some quite literally) on these locations each year. While we have a very hard-working and dedicated staff, ANN could not provide you with the extensive information we do without the help of some equally ... some might say more ... dedicated stringers and other staffers who give a week of their time to make sure you have the best possible coverage of every show and ever day.

Introducing.... Nathan Cremisino!

Nathan Cremisino has been with Aero-News Network for 17 years, which means he’s either deeply committed to aviation journalism or just really bad at quitting things. As Senior Video Producer, he’s responsible for making planes look good on camera—and for making his coworkers think he’s got everything under control. Each year, he oversees the process, editing, and production of each and every fly-in, daily broadcast, and video the Aero News Network makes.

Despite attending each and every session of AirVenture for almost two decades, some may not recognize our SVP, since he’s all too often locked in the editing booth cutting it all together. Those who’ve seen our live-streamed air show coverage would do well to respect his skill – Somehow, he manages to put on a marvelous broadcast, with all the moving parts, specialists, and groundlings it requires to get all the right shots!

ANN’s top guy spends his time outside of work raising a lovely family in his mountain home in Colorado. In his rare moments of downtime, he has a passion for introspective brooding, kite skiing, and freelance advertising for canine psychogrammetry. (These are all hobbies that he has yet to take up, but as a working father, free time is in short supply, and he needs some ideas!)

As the bedrock of our video production team, Nathan’s been able to track many of the trends, fads, and excitements of aviation for the past 17 years. Whether hitching a ride aboard a warbird or taking the latest battery-powered wonder out for a spin, Cremisino’s seen a lot.

"Witnessing and documenting such monumental moments is such a privilege for me. I know that they are events that will always remain memorable. It's been an honor and thrill to be a part of that incredible growth in the aviation world," he said.
