Company Announces JetComplete Business
Eclipse Aviation has released details about their JetComplete
Business program, a revolutionary customer care program designed
for business operators.
Expanding the existing JetComplete product line of comprehensive
operational support and aircraft maintenance programs, JetComplete
Business adds products and services tailored to the needs of
business operators or others flying 250 flight hours or more per
year. Business operators can realize up to a 30 percent savings on
the products and services offered in the program when compared to
retail prices.

JetComplete Business
provides everything business operators will need to operate and
maintain the Eclipse 500 at a fixed, predictable price with the
added convenience of one bill for a comprehensive suite of products
and services. The program is designed to support aircraft in
business or commercial use that fly from 250 to 1,500 flight hours
per year.
At the heart of JetComplete Business is the "one stop" single
point of contact, which greatly simplifies aircraft management.
Eclipse Customer Care and Flight Support representatives will be
available 24 hours per day to assist with all aspects of Eclipse
500 ownership. This includes flight planning, weather briefings,
concierge services, billing questions, technical support, priority
AOG response and scheduling of aircraft and engine maintenance and
training activities.

JetComplete Business Products and Services The comprehensive
suite of JetComplete Business products and services includes:
- Eclipse Flight Support (EFS) - Eclipse Flight Support provides
airline-like dispatch services for Eclipse operators. EFS Briefers
understand the needs of the Eclipse 500 pilot, and are available to
provide personalized domestic weather briefings, flight-plan
filing, slot reservations, diversion assistance, fuel stop planning
and flight-related arrangements at the destination such as hangar
rentals and ground transportation to and from the airport.
Additionally, EFS Briefers can assist pilots with maintenance and
training scheduling, including proactive tracking of aircraft
component life limits and pilot currency requirements. Operators
may also specify corporate minimums or limits from their Flight
Operations Manual, and other criteria that may assist the briefer
in providing a safety-oriented, individualized briefing.
- Eclipse 500 Maintenance - JetComplete Business includes
comprehensive scheduled and unscheduled maintenance coverage on
parts and labor for the airframe, avionics and engines. Coverage
also includes no-charge for rental engines, brakes and tires
maintenance and parts, all consumables during shop visits,
shipping, automated trending services and financial protection
against unforeseen critical service bulletins. Eclipse has
partnered with Pratt & Whitney Canada to provide optional
coverage for scheduled engine hot section and overhaul events, as
well as Life Cycle Fatigue (LCF) engine components coverage
exclusively through JetComplete Business. JetComplete Business
customers with qualifying maintenance capabilities will also have
the ability to perform field-level maintenance activities at their
own facility and submit warranty claims directly to Eclipse.
- OneCall AOG - While all Eclipse customers will receive 7x24 AOG
logistics and technical phone support and overnight parts delivery,
JetComplete Business customers will enjoy a new level of service
called OneCall AOG Service. Using this service, a JetComplete
Business customer will simply make a single call to an Eclipse
representative, who will then manage all of the arrangements to
repair their aircraft and return it to service. With OneCall AOG,
every incident will receive 24-hour return-to-service priority
handling.
- Training - While one type rating training event is included
with every aircraft purchase, JetComplete Business customers will
receive an additional type rating transition class. Also included
is unlimited recurrent pilot training for two named pilots during
the three-year term. Initial maintenance training is also included
for one mechanic, as well as annual recurrent maintenance training.
Additional pilot and mechanic training is available for 30 percent
off of the published list price.
- Data services - The program includes three years of Jeppesen
electronic navigation data (North and South America coverage) and
JeppView MFD (electronic approach charts for the 48 states) for the
Eclipse Avio system. With enrollment in JetComplete Business,
customers will also receive XM WX Satellite Weather as well as
online maintenance record access with enhanced aircraft management
features.
- Additional Discounts - Customers participating in the
JetComplete Business program will be able to increase their savings
by taking advantage of substantial discounts on enhanced hull and
liability insurance from Eclipse partners Willis and AIG, as well
as pre-negotiated fuel discounts at participating FBOs.
JetComplete Business provides Eclipse 500 operators with
convenience and predictable cost savings, and is offered through
two different purchase plans. The first is a pre-pay plan, which is
offered at a $199 per flight hour for hours purchased at delivery
or a flat rate of $149,250 for three years. The second option is a
pay-as-you-fly plan, which is available for $219 per flight hour
and is paid monthly based on actual usage. Coverage for scheduled
engine hot section and overhaul events is available as an option
for an additional $94 per flight hour per aircraft. Life Cycle
Fatigue (LCF) engine components coverage is available for an
additional $19 per flight hour per aircraft.
JetComplete Business membership is fully transferable.
The program price is guaranteed for three years from enrollment
and requires a minimum 750 flight hour (4,500 flight hours maximum)
purchase commitment.
