Michael King Joins SimCom As COO

Will Be Responsible For All Training Operations

SimCom Training Centers announces that Michael King has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer.  In his role as COO, King will be responsible for all aspects of SimCom’s training operations.  A seasoned business leader, King spent more than two decades with FlightSafety International, where he served in a variety of technical and leadership roles, most recently as Director of Business Development, leading several key growth initiatives for the company.  Prior to his business development role, King served as the Center Manager for the St. Louis Learning Center.  Before joining FlightSafety, King served in the United States Navy.

“Mike brings extensive training management experience to SimCom,” says Eric Hinson, Chief Executive Officer. “His technical expertise, business acumen and outstanding leadership qualities make him an ideal choice to help lead the next phase of growth here at SimCom.”

“SimCom has served the aviation industry for 25 years and has assembled a great team of aviation training professionals,” said King. He added, “There are many opportunities for SimCom to continue its growth for the next 25 years, and I am honored to join this outstanding team.”
