AIRO Group Submits Draft Registration For IPO

Confidential Submission Subject To SEC Review

AIRO Group Holdings announced it has submitted a draft registration statement on form S-1 to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have yet to be determined. The proposed IPO is expected to occur after the SEC completes its review and will be subject to market and other conditions.

AIRO Group was cofounded by Dr. Chirinjeev Kathuria, an entrepreneur, physician, and philanthropist who is Executive Chairman and leads the company with a focus on pioneering new frontiers in aerospace and defense.

The company is a multi-faceted advanced partner for convergence of technology solutions across the aerospace and defense industries. It  is headquartered in Washington, D.C., with business units and recognized brands spanning several segments including Aspen Avionics (avionics and electronics), Jaunty Air Mobility (advanced air mobility), SkyWatch (uncrewed air systems), and Coastal Defense (military training).

The company emphasizes that their press release does not constitute any offer to sell securities and it will not sell any securities prior to registration. Any offers will be made in accordance with registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933.
