True Blue Power Expands Aircraft USB Product Line

The Trappings of Power

True Blue Power—the Kansas and California-based aerospace technology concern specializing in the design and manufacture of aircraft electrical power systems, USB and wireless chargers, power conversion products, emergency power supplies, and advanced lithium-ion batteries—has announced the addition 100-watt USB-C charging ports to the company’s line of MAX Power USB Chargers (TA360 Series).

The new chargers deliver seven-times more power than competing products and will keep pilots’ electronic flight bags (EFBs), headphones, smartphones, computers, iPads, electric-shavers, fans, radar-detectors, and karaoke machines charged up and ready for action for years to come.

True Blue Power senior vice president of technology and products Matthew Harrah states: “As new mandates require USB-C compatibility for personal electronics—and tablets and laptops need more and more power to operate—our new, 100-watt chargers fill the gap. And in many cases, they are replacing AC outlets. Now, your device can get all the power it needs by directly plugging into a USB port, without a bulky charging adaptor.”

True Blue Power’s 100-watt USB chargers supply 5–20 volts of power at 3–5 amps, thereby ensuring compatibility with the vast majority of extant electronic devices. The chargers feature intelligent, device-driven voltage output, which guarantees charging devices receive the maximum power needed and locks in the fastest, most efficient charging possible.

All True Blue Power USB chargers are TSO-certified and offer a limited lifetime warranty. What’s more, the chargers are easy to install and available in single, dual, lighted, and non-lighted configurations.
