B-29 DOC History Restored Tour Comes To Evansville Wartime Museum This May

B-29 DOC Is One Of Only Two Remaining Airworthy B-29 Superfortresses

The B-29 DOC History Restored Tour will make a stop at the Evansville Wartime Museum in Evansville, IN, May 8-12, 2025. The iconic B-29 DOC, one of only two remaining airworthy B-29 Superfortresses worldwide, is one of 1,644 B-29 bombers built by the Boeing Company in Wichita, KS, during World War II. This historic aircraft will be available for ground and cockpit tours, as well as B-29 Doc Flight Experience rides while in Evansville.
