Airbus joined Hexcel in Salt Lake City, UT to thank the company’s employees for more than 40 years of collaboration and success, and to recognize that the plant has reached a significant milestone: entering its first year at full rate for the A350 program. The event was timed to coincide with the launch of the first National Composites Week, which has been established to celebrate the growing influence of composites--especially in commercial aerospace.
