that if you weren't a fighter pilot, you were not going to be the
wing commander... Now, we've had women in traditional male
fields for awhile, and our senior (leaders have) pushed the idea
that we need to be a diverse organization, to tap the resources
that we have available to us, and to not exclude anybody because of
race or gender."
