Human-Powered Helo Goes Back To The Drawing Board
It was the latest attempt at the American Helicopter Society's
$20,000 Igor I. Sikorsky Human-Powered Helicopter Competition. It
was not, however, the winning attempt.
A group of students from the University of British Columbia set out

airborne, guide it and land it. Their contraption was, well, odd,
to say the least. It had two sets of rotors and wings as big as
those on a Boeing 737.
