PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE TO A NATURAL GAS WELL BLOWOUT. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF ASSUMPTION PARISH T.S.A. ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 5000 FT MSL WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 300038N/0910710W AND THE TIBBY /TBD/ VORTAC 322 DEGREE RADIAL AT 25.7 NAUTICAL MILES.
