FlightSafety International Promotes Tracey Clough

Named Director, International Teammate Resources

Tracey Clough has been promoted to Director, International Teammate Resources at Flight Safety International. Her responsibilities include the management of benefit programs, compliance with employment regulations, and oversight of the candidate selection and interview process at FlightSafety’s locations outside of North America.

“Tracey’s promotion to Director, International Teammate Resources, is well-deserved and representative of the many significant contributions she is making to FlightSafety,” said Diana Wheeler, Senior Vice President, Teammate Resources. “Her commitment and ability to support our Teammates are most appreciated.”

Clough joined FlightSafety in 2004 as the Customer Support Manager at the company’s Farnborough Learning Center. Tracey was appointed Teammate Resources Manager in 2007, and was promoted to International Teammate Resource Manager in 2011.

Tracey graduated from Birmingham University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business studies. She is an accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and holds a certificate to teach English as a foreign language in the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining FlightSafety Tracey worked at the Soldiers', Sailors' and Airmen's Families Association (SSAFA), a charitable organization set up to help former and serving members of the United Kingdom British Armed Forces. She also worked as a Postgraduate School coordinator and administrator at the University of Northumbria, and for National Express as a Human Resources assistant.

“We sincerely appreciate and value the contributions of our Teammate Resources staff. The support they provide our Teammates and their efforts to recruit and retain the very best people, contribute to FlightSafety’s position as one of the most preferred companies to work for in aviation,” added Wheeler.
