USCG-Miami Awards MH-65 Check Stand Contract

S.A.F.E. Structure Wins The Business, Delivery Planned For October

The U.S. Coast Guard has awarded a contract to S.A.F.E Structure Designs to manufacture “Safety First” check stands for the MH-65 fleet located at The United States Coast Guard Miami, FL Airstation facility.  The "Safety First" check stands are for use when performing routine maintenance and flight inspections on the MH-65. S.A.F.E. is expected to deliver the custom hangar equipment by late October.

S.A.F.E. Structures also has a cohesive set of specific hangar equipment crafted for the MH-65. The "Safety First" parts racks, cowling racks, blade racks and work tables have been designed for efficiency and storage functionality in any hangar space.

Dina Gorby, President and CEO of S.A.F.E. Structure Designs, and who is also a huge supporter of our nation’s military forces, humbly embraces the opportunity to provide the USCG, Miami with these checkstands that they have helped to design specific to their needs, aircraft, and hangar space. “Our goal for SAFE Structures is to give our customers not only the products they want, but what they need to get their job done safely and efficiently," Gorby said. "That is, and will always be, our number one priority.”
