PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 331214N/1051945W OR THE CHISUM /CME/ VORTAC 245 DEGREE RADIAL AT 36.5 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 10000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIREFIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. SOUTHWEST COORDINATION CENTER, PHONE 505-842-3473 OR FREQ 122.225/RED LAKE FIRE, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. ALBUQUERQUE /ZAB/ ARTCC, PHONE 505-856-4591, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
