FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS FLORIDA KEYS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2), TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN THE AREA BOUNDED BY: 243750N/0820602W OR THE KEY WEST /EYW/ VOR/DME 278 DEGREE RADIAL AT 16.7 TO 251618N/0801234W OR THE VIRGINIA KEY /VKZ/ VORTAC 190 DEGREE RADIAL AT 28.8 NAUTICAL MILES TO 243958N/0804706W OR THE KEY WEST /EYW/ VORTAC 084 DEGREE RADIAL AT 55.5 NAUTICAL MILES TO 242158N/0815733W OR THE KEY WEST /EYW/ VOR/DME 212 DEGREE RADIAL AT 15.8 NAUTICAL MILES BACK TO ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR HURRICANE WILMA DISASTER RELIEF RELATED OPERATIONS. ALL AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS ARE PROHIBITED IN THE DESIGNATED AIRSPACE UNLESS FLIGHTS MEET AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: (A) AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS ARE LIFEGUARD/MEDICAL, SEARCH AND RESCUE, LAW ENFORCEMENT, OR OTHER FLIGHTS IN DIRECT SUPPORT OF FEMA HURRICANE WILMA RELIEF EFFORTS; (B) AIRCRAFT OPERATION IS CARRYING PROPERLY ACCREDITED NEWS REPRESENTATIVES AND, PRIOR TO ENTERING DESIGNATED AIRSPACE, A FLIGHT PLAN IS FILED WITH ATC AND FLIGHT IS CONDUCTED ABOVE THE ALTITUDE USED BY RELIEF RELATED AIRCRAFT UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY ATC; (C) AIRCRAFT OPERATION IS FLIGHT DIRECTLY TO OR FROM AIRPORT WITHIN THE AREA OR IS NECESSITATED BY IMPRACTICABILITY END PART 1 OF 3

FDC 5/9729 ZMA PART 2 OF 3 FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS FLORIDA KEYS OF VFR FLIGHT ABOVE OR AROUND THE AREA DUE TO WEATHER OR TERRAIN AS LONG AS PRIOR COORDINATION WITH THE AFSS OR ATC FACILITY NOTED BELOW IS EFFECTED TO RECEIVE ADVISORIES REGARDING DISASTER RELIEF FLIGHTS IN AREA, OPERATION DOES NOT HAMPER OR ENDANGER RELIEF FLIGHTS, AND FLIGHT IS NOT CONDUCTED FOR PURPOSE OF OBSERVING DISASTER AREA; (D) AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS ARE AUTHORIZED BY ATC AND ARE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ATC APPROVED IFR FLIGHT PLAN. FOR FLIGHT SAFETY, ALL NON-RELIEF RELATED AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS MUST REMAIN AT LEAST 500 FEET ABOVE OR 1500 FEET LATERALLY FROM ALL DISASTER RELIEF AIRCRAFT AND AT LEAST 500 FEET ABOVE GROUND LEVEL EXCEPT FOR TAKEOFF AND LANDING UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY ATC. PRIOR TO ENTERING THE TFR AIRSPACE ALL CIVIL AIRCRAFT OPERATING OUTSIDE OF CONTROLLED AIRSPACE BUT WITHIN THE TFR, MUST CONTACT AIRBORNE EARLY WARNING (AEW) AIRCRAFT CALLSIGN OMAHA 46 FREQUENCY 133.5, WHICH IS SUPPORTING RELIEF AIR OPERATIONS IN THE TFR AREA. AIRCRAFT WILL REMAIN IN CONTACT WITH OMAHA 46 FOR FLIGHT ADVISORIES. THE AEW AIRCRAFT WILL ONLY PROVIDE ADVISORY SERVICE TO FACILITATE SITUATIONAL AWARENESS AMONG THE PARTICIPATING AIRCRAFT AND WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY AIR TRAFFIC SERVICES. THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY IS ATO WATCH DESK AT 202 267 3333. FAA RECOMMENDS THAT AIRCRAFT END PART 2 OF 3
