PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 451030N/1155500W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 008 DEGREE RADIAL AT 27.4 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 451920N/1154741W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 009 DEGREE RADIAL AT 37.6 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 451900N/1153545W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 019 DEGREE RADIAL AT 41.9 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 445930N/1153700W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 043 DEGREE RADIAL AT 28.5 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 445900N/1155300W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 028 DEGREE RADIAL AT 18.9 NAUTICAL MILES BACK TO ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 11000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS.
