Eclipse, Jeppesen Partner To Deliver Web-Based E-Charts

Subscription Data Available To Eclipse Jet Customers

Eclipse Aerospace, Inc. has partnered with Jeppesen, a part of Boeing Digital Aviation, to offer an all-new, web-based delivery system for E-Chart and navigation subscription data updates. This digital download solution eliminates the shipping of physical disk media to Eclipse subscribers, and also puts an end to manual data entry by these subscribers into their avionics system.

"This secure, web-based delivery system automates the data update process and eliminates potential errors that can occur from entering data manually," said Scott Reagan, Director, Jeppesen OEM Client Management. "Teaming with Eclipse to enhance data delivery for Eclipse E-Chart customers will increase overall efficiency for operators."

"Eclipse is committed to delivering a robust system to our customers that is both incredibly advanced and remarkably simple to use," said Ken Ross, President of Global Sales and Service for Eclipse Aerospace. "Our partnership with Jeppesen is another example of how Eclipse strives to increase efficiencies in the Eclipse Jet everywhere we see the opportunity."

Streamlining the data update process for Eclipse E-Chart customers allows pilots to focus on other essential flight preparation tasks. Current Eclipse E-Chart subscription customers are able to download their Jeppesen data by visiting Jeppesen's website and entering their login credentials.
