Will Solidify The Regional Aircraft Maintenance Experience And Services
Hong Kong-based Metrojet Limited has appointed Lanny Schindelmeiser, as the General Manager of Metrojet’s MRO (Hong Kong). Schindelmeiser has more than 20 years of business aviation experience, including senior positions at Ameriflight, Bombardier US and Canada, as well as Bombardier Tianjin. Acting as the lead of the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility in Hong Kong, he will work together with the other Metrojet MRO teams in Zhuhai and Clark to cement the Company’s maintenance operations, business and future development. He will also ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with proper procedures and quality requirements to guarantee the highest level of safety.
“I am honored to join Metrojet’s team of experienced aviators. The Asian Market is starting to see growth again and I believe Metrojet is best suited to support business aircraft customers’ international needs,” Schindelmeiser (pictured) said.
Additionally, Metrojet has also added Eli Gaultney and Paul Kwok to the Regional MRO team. As a Technical Support Specialist, Gaultney will provide guidance and expertise to the regional MRO businesses along with specialised internal technical training and Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) services. He has an extensive aviation background with more than 33 years of direct technical and operational support to Gulfstream customers worldwide and with a particular focus in the Asia Pacific region.
In support of Metrojet’s commitment to provide the best possible service levels to the regions operators, Kwok has taken up the role of AOG Support Manager at Metrojet and will be the main point-of-contact for all customers and partners to manage AOG and offsite support services provided by Metrojet within the regional network. He is highly respected aviation professional with over 20 years of aviation and maintenance experience in Asia. With his passion and dedication to the business aviation Industry, Metrojet is looking forward to delivering the enhanced service levels operators deserve.
