Obama Administration Authorizes Drone Attacks Against Journalists

Fox News, EIB Moving Studios To Hardened Bunkers, Just In Case

ANN April 1st Special Coverage

President Barack Obama today issued an executive order that will allow drone strikes against domestic journalistic organization he deems to be a threat to national security, and the move drew immediate criticism from conservative news organizations and commentators.

Fox News commentators were joined by radio host Rush Limbaugh and retired host Neal Boortz, who gathered in an undisclosed location to announce their opposition to the move. “We know who they’re talking about,” Boortz said. “Criticizing the President is not a matter of national security, it’s a national birthright.”

A Fox News spokesperson said that the network would be moving its studios to one of several decommissioned hardened missile silos available for sale around the country, mostly in the midwest. “The prices are right, they’re set up for high-tech operations, and it’d take a Daisy Cutter to get through,” the spokesman said. “But if you think we’re going to tell you where it is … all I can say is … come find us.” Limbaugh said he had been acquiring such properties for some time in anticipation of such a move. “I’ll be able to originate EIB programming from any one of a number of locations,” he said. “I can guarantee that the EIB network will not become a smoking hole in the ground.”

Civil liberties groups have not made any official statements about the move.
