NASA Announces Public Tours of Glenn Research Facility

Tours Resume for First Time Since 2019

The Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio will once again provide in-person facility tours for 6 dates from April through November, granting visitors a behind-the-scenes look at NASA developmental facilities.

Tours will be given of a different portion of the location for each tour date, starting with the first jaunt through the Glenn Center's Photovoltaic lab.

In May, the tour will pass through the Flight Research Building and hangar complex; followed by an August trip through the Armstrong Test Facility's Space Environments Complex. After the onset of fall, the September tour will take visitors through the Simulated Lunar Operations Lab, with October following along through the Electric Power and Propulsion Lab. Finally, the last tour in November will see visitors through the Zero-Gravity Research facility.

Attendance is limited to US citizens and lawful residents, with media coverage available through NASA arrangement. For those who miss out on the tours, the public Great Lakes Science Center nearby offers many of the same family-friendly exhibits, galleries, and activities to spend a STEM-themed day.
