PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONSARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 480606N/0903547W OR THE ELY /ELO/ VOR/DME 071 DEGREE RADIAL AT 52.5 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 480406N/0903738W OR THE ELY /ELO/ VOR/DME 073 DEGREE RADIAL AT 50.7 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 480354N/0905351W OR THE ELY /ELO/ VOR/DME 069 DEGREE RADIAL AT 40.3 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 481242N/0905717W OR THE ELY /ELO/ VOR/DME 056 DEGREE RADIAL AT 42.3 NAUTICAL MILES THEN FOLLOW THE CANADIAN BORDER EAST AND SOUTHEAST BACK TO ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 7000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING. MN DNR AVIATION DESK, TELEPHONE 218-327-4582/HAM LAKE FIRE, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. MINNEAPOLIS /ZMP/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 651-463-5536,IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
