Bombardier Delivers First Global 6000 Aircraft To Mexico-Based Operator

Company Forecasts Over 2,300 Bizjets Needed In The Country Over The Next 20 Years

Bombardier's Global aircraft family celebrated a significant milestone with the entry-into-service of its first Global 6000 business jet to be operated from Mexico. The aircraft was delivered to Aero Angeles S.A de C.V., an aircraft operator based in Mexico, during a special ceremony at Bombardier Aerospace's facility in Montréal.

"We are delighted to see the first Global 6000 jet to enter service in Mexico," said Stéphane Leroy, Regional Vice President, Sales, Latin America, Bombardier Business Aircraft. "The Global 6000 aircraft has a solid reputation in the industry and is the clear leader in its segment, offering a unique combination of performance, range and cabin comfort. This aircraft provides the world's leading companies with the ultimate business tool to make most out of their business missions."

"Mexico and Latin America are key markets for Bombardier and we are proud to see our leading fleet of business jets grow even further," he added.

Over the next 20 years, Bombardier forecasts over 2,300 business jet deliveries for the overall business aviation industry in Latin America†. The demand, driven by economic growth, globalization and the increase in the number of billionaires in those markets, is expected to rise even further. With the industry's most comprehensive product portfolio and a commitment to leadership in customer satisfaction, Bombardier continues to grow its leadership position in the business aviation industry. From light jets to large, ultra long-range aircraft, Bombardier offers a solution to all customers, whatever their requirements may be.
