Source: Pete McDonald, Chief Administrative Officer for United Airlines and the first witness called on United's behalf in a federal courtroom in Chicago Wednesday. The airline and the UAL chapter of the Air Line Pilots Association are squaring off in a legal fight over an alleged sick-out that forced United to cancel hundreds of flights in July.
