Airtext Sends THE Message! AEA 2018 Special Event Coverage!

Airtext Gets YOUR Message Through!

Airtext is a low-cost provider of aircraft digital communication and voice calling.

Using the world-wide Iridium satellite network, communication is made via burst data using your cell phone. Pilots and passengers are in touch with people on the ground. Unique to Airtext is the use of Bluetooth BLE technology which is low power consumption but robust in features.  As an industry innovator Airtext continues to provide data link capabilities and hardware  to enhance aircraft management. Fleetlink is a software program that provides tracking and aircraft communication from a dispatcher. FBOlink is an application that provides communication with FBO’s and WX data that has only previously been available on expensive airline systems. With Airtext the pilots can manage tasks at level off (like getting D-ATIS and communicating with the FBO) rather than wait until within radio range in the descent, enhancing safety of flight.

Did You Know? COOL Facts About Airtext!

  • Airtext is FAA STC’d and PMA’d?
