Sonex Aircraft has announced the introduction of their new Xenos B-Model aircraft kit.

Sonex says the Xenos-B combines all of the enhancements of the Sonex and Waiex B-Models with the motorglider performance and value of the Xenos. Sonex says the Xenos is sport pilot eligible, or it can be flown by pilots that hold a glider rating with a self-launch glider endorsement. It can be flown as a powered aircraft, a self-launched glider that soars with the engine off, or it can motor-soar over great distances. The 34th FAI World Gliding Championships kicked-off in Australia earlier this week which will culminate after two weeks of high profile, high caliber competition. Some 116 pilots from 27 countries have converged on the small city of Benalla, Victoria to compete for the prestigious title of FAI Gliding World Champion in three separate classes. The ‘Irish Sun News’ reports that 25-year-old Rido Roeslan would walk around Indonesian airports in an airline captain uniform and strike up conversations with attractive female flight attendants. He would arrange dates with them, and
the con-game began when he would bring forth a convincing reason that they needed to loan him money. All this -- and MORE in today's episode of Airborne!!!
